| New brewer here. Made my first batch and now it's setting in the bottles. Gotta wait until May 23rd before I can pop the top. |

I make wine from kits. So far i have made 167 of them. I suppose i will start #168 tomorrow. It will be a Winexpert World Vineyards Trebbiano. Number 167 was a WE Selections Italian Montepulciano. It is currently clearing.

Hello all. I have been brewing since 1997. I started with extract and did quit a few batches. Some were good and some were bad. I did a couple of mini mashes and then in 2005 I moved to all grain. I still use a cooler and love everyminute of it. I have designed a couple of RIMS for people, but never built one of my own. I usually brew two batches at a time. One for me and one for my wife. She likes the brews that are lightly hopped. I order 90% of all my stuff from Austin Homebrew. There are no HBS in my area.
I think this forum will be fun. I look forward to posting and reading post.

| ...been brewing off and on since 1970. Sons-in-law just talked me into kegging my beer, which should help me brew more often. (I have always hated the tedium of collecting/cleaning/filling/storing/handling bottles.) |
