I visited the brewery last summer and love the Sunset Wheat, so I went searching for a recipe. Here is the one I found and have brewed it a couple of times with great reviews ... Let us know how it comes out for you.

Sunset Wheat Clone

• 7 lbs wheat LME
• 3 lbs 2 row malt
• 1/2 lb 10L crystal malt
• 1 oz Orange Peel (last 30 min)
• 1 oz. Coriander (last 5 min)
• 1 oz, Blueberry Extract
• 1 oz. Cluster (Boiling)
• 1/2 oz. Cluster (Last 10 min)

Bring 3 gal filtered water to 160 and mash grain for 45 min. Remove grain, then add LME and bring to a boil, add 1 oz Cluster Hops at start, and boil for an hour. Add Orange Peel last 30 min.Add ½ oz Cluster hops for last 10 minutes. Add Crushed Coriander last 5 minutes. Cool quickly to 80F by pouring over Ice, add water to make 5 gal and pitch yeast. Add Blueberry flavoring at bottling time.

Original Gravity= 1.052 / after 3 days 1.014 / Final Gravity = ?

The ingredients seem on the money, but what yeast did you use? Thanks for the recipe assist.

I've used both M&F Dry Yeast and the Wyeast 1010 American Wheat with this recipe. I prefer the Wyeast 1010 although the M&F is pretty foolproof and produced good fermentation and flavors as well. Happy Brewing! Cool

Wow I had no idea that Leinie's has made it that far south. I live pretty close to the brewery and visit the lodge quite a often.
Good Luck with your Sunset's
